All the staff members are amiable and exceptional.

We had a COMFORTABLE time in this brand-new hotel in New York. The double room was impressive and tidy with towels.

the location offered was marvellous very close to main tourist areas and lga airport and new york. it also was in that neighborhood lost. everything was excellent, even so a few employees were unbelievably rude.

This was a handy location short walk to the metro. Booked a room with full kitchen.

The location is decent for airport access and there's a subway nearby. The breakfast had a good variety, but the room could've used more attention to maintenance. It was a comfortable stay with helpful staff by my side.

I found the breakfast always well-stocked and interesting, like Lou Lodati Park, just about 1.5 km away for a peaceful stroll after exploring NYC's hustle and bustle. Plus, I enjoyed delicious meals just a short walk away at local restaurants like Woodside Pizza, only about 500 meters down the road.

Clean room and decent breakfast, but shuttle wait could be shorter.

A cozy stay with warm staff

The shuttle service was a lifesaver, great to avoid the airport chaos. Proximity to the venue.

While the staff was friendly, the check-in experience left a lot to be desired. Initial confusion about our early arrival was frustrating.

Solid rooms feature decent layouts with enough space for a quick stay. The breakfast spread offered unexpected variety, including both hot and cold options that satisfied different tastes.

Location felt somewhat isolated. Aside from a corner store and a Domino's, there weren't many other food or shopping options nearby. The misleading information about airport shuttle service from JFK was a huge letdown, wasting valuable time on arrival. The lack of daily room cleaning, despite several requests, left a sour taste-using the same towels and sheets for three days is not ideal, especially at the price point.

The hotel staff arranged our transportation promptly.

The air conditioning unit was malfunctioning and very noisy during the night.

The complimentary breakfast had a variety of delicious options. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was professional and arranged transport for us. It's conveniently located near food places and the train station 😊

We had a nice family getaway! The kids loved the accessible room and cozy beds. The nearby restaurants offered delicious and diverse dining options. Helpful staff made our shuttle delay worthwhile by providing great local tips. For the best experience, inquire about shuttle schedules ahead of time.

The location is ideal for visiting family, with easy access to transportation. The check-in staff welcomed us warmly and offered help without hesitation. Our room felt spacious and had a fresh, modern look. The bed provided great support, ensuring a comfortable sleep after busy days. I enjoyed the variety offered at breakfast each morning. The first day was disappointing. We arrived late at breakfast and found the hot food gone. The pancake maker was out of service, too. On the second day, we were lucky to have more options. Cleaning issues also arose. Our room was not refreshed after our second night. We returned to find it untouched, needing to ask for towels and toilet paper. While there were enjoyable aspects, better attention to housekeeping and dining levels would improve the experience significantly.

The hotel is very well-kept, with clean and spacious rooms. Plus, the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options to start the day right!

More bathroom amenities would be beneficial.

Family with children will find value here

The breakfast was very good with a lot of options, we enjoyed the pancakes and coffee every morning. The staff was really helpful, I mean they were ready to assist anytime we had a question.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
